Orders are eligible for a full refund within 10 days of purchase.The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: jewelry, apothecary, & sale merchandise.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and accessories attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we receive your return after 10 days of purchase and/or the items have any signs of wear, alterations, or damage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
