Refund policy

Merchandise must be returned within 10 days from date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount. This fee is waived if the return is due to a product defect. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of any alterations and all original Indigo The Label tags must be attached to the garment(s). All returns are subject to inspection and we have the right to refuse your refund if the return does not meet these requirements. Sale and discounted items, intimates, beauty and apothecary items and shoes are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund or exchange. Returns must be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, the return will be issued in the form of store credit. Store credit will not include shipping, all shipping costs are non-refundable. Any items received that are deemed by our team to be not in original condition, will be rejected and be immediately returned to the customer. Indigo The Label is unable to issue store credit for rejected returns.

We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.
